Ausumn Realty – Refund & Pricing Policy

This Refund & Pricing Policy (the “Policy”) explains the refund, cancellation, pricing and
chargeback procedures applicable to payments made through https://ausumnrealty.in and
related Services operated by Ausumn Realty (“Company”, “we”, “us”). This Policy is intended
to be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By making a payment on
our Site or through our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

  1. Scope
    This Policy applies to all paid Services, subscriptions, listings, advertising packages, and
    value-added services purchased on or via the Site, mobile applications, or through any
    integration using the Razorpay payment gateway.
  2. Payment Gateway
    All online payments on the Site are processed through Razorpay (or other authorized
    payment gateways) and are subject to their terms and conditions. We do not directly store
    your card numbers, UPI PIN, or other sensitive financial information.
  3. Currency and Taxes
    All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated
    otherwise. All applicable taxes including GST will be clearly displayed at the time of
    checkout and included in the invoice.
  4. Pricing Display and Changes
    Prices, fees, and offers displayed on the Site are indicative and may change. We reserve the
    right to modify pricing, offers, or fees at any time. Any price change will not affect
    transactions already completed.
  5. Invoice and Payment Confirmation
    A tax invoice/receipt will be emailed to the purchaser’s registered email address on
    successful payment. Save the invoice for future reference. For any invoice disputes, contact
    billing within 7 days.
  6. Activation and Service Delivery
    Most digital services (e.g., premium listings, featured placements) are activated once
    Razorpay confirms successful payment. Some services may require manual verification and
    may take up to 48 hours to be activated.
  7. Refund Eligibility – General
    Refunds are considered only in cases such as duplicate payments, technical failure resulting
    in double charges, or where the Service was not delivered as described. The Company
    reserves the right to deny refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or if the service has
    been fully rendered.
  8. Refund Eligibility – Non-refundable Items
    Certain services are non-refundable as expressly indicated at the time of purchase, such as
    once-activated promotional boosts, featured listings, certain subscription tiers, and third
    party paid services.
  9. Cancellation by User
    Cancellation requests for refundable services must be submitted in writing to
    hello@ausumnrealty.in within the timelines specified for that product. Cancellation
    requests received after the applicable timeline may be rejected.
  10. Cancellation by Company
    We may cancel or refuse to provide services at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud,
    policy violations). In such events, we will notify you and process refunds where applicable
    per this Policy.
  11. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
    If you believe a duplicate or erroneous transaction has occurred, notify us at
    hello@ausumnrealty.in within 7 days with transaction details (order ID, date, amount). We
    will investigate and, if verified, initiate a refund.
  12. Refund Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days. Actual credit to the original
    payment instrument depends on the payment method and the banking/payment processor,
    and may take additional time (up to 14 business days for some banks).
  13. Refund Method
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase (card, UPI,
    net banking). Refunds cannot be issued to third-party accounts unless required by law and
    verified.
  14. Partial Refunds
    Where appropriate, refunds may be partial—reflecting the unused portion of services,
    applicable activation/administration charges, or any fees for services already rendered.
  15. Chargebacks and Disputes
    If you dispute a transaction through your bank or card issuer (chargeback), we will
    cooperate with Razorpay and the bank to resolve the dispute. If a chargeback is reversed in
    our favor after investigation, you may be billed for the transaction amount and any related
    fees.
  16. Refunds for Subscriptions and Auto-renewals
    Subscription services may auto-renew unless cancelled. For cancellation before renewal,
    follow the cancellation process in your account or contact hello@ausumnrealty.in. Refunds
    for charged renewals are subject to the subscription terms disclosed at purchase.
  17. Service Not Rendered
    If a paid service is not delivered within the committed timeline and the issue is attributable
    to us, you may be eligible for a full refund after verification and approval by our billing
    team.
  18. Third-party Services
    Payments for services by third-party providers or partner platforms (e.g., inspection,
    verification, legal services) are governed by the provider’s refund policy. Ausumnrealty acts
    only as a facilitator; however, where we collect such payments, we will assist in processing
    refunds as per the provider’s terms.
  19. Promotional Offers and Coupons
    Promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers may be subject to specific refund
    rules. In some cases, refunds will be processed on the amount paid after discount and taxes.
  20. Bank and Gateway Charges
    Bank charges, convenience fees, or payment gateway fees collected at the time of
    transaction are non-refundable where stated. For clarity, gateway fees charged by Razorpay
    may not be fully refundable.
  21. Tax Adjustments
    In the event of refunds, any tax adjustments (GST reversal) will be made as per applicable
    tax laws and reflected in the refund amount where applicable.
  22. Verification & Documentation
    Refunds are subject to verification. We may request identity documents, invoices, bank
    statements or other proofs to process a refund. Failure to provide acceptable
    documentation may delay or deny the refund.
  23. Fraud and Abuse
    Refunds will not be provided where transactions are found to involve fraud, misuse, policy
    violations, or attempts to manipulate promotional activities. We reserve the right to
    withhold refunds pending investigation.
  24. No Cash Refunds
    All refunds will be processed electronically. We do not provide cash refunds.
  25. Refund Audit Trail
    All refund transactions are logged and auditable. Records of refunds, disputes, and
    correspondence will be maintained for at least 5 years in line with regulatory requirements.
  26. Communications
    If a refund is initiated, we will notify you at the registered email/phone number. For status
    updates, contact billing at hello@ausumnrealty.in.
  27. Customer Obligations
    Customers must ensure the accuracy of payment details and notify us promptly of any
    discrepancies. Failure to notify within the stipulated period may affect refund eligibility.
  28. Razorpay Dispute Cooperation
    As we use Razorpay for payment processing, you may also need to cooperate with
    Razorpay’s dispute resolution procedures. Ausumnrealty will assist but final resolution may
    involve Razorpay and your issuing bank.
  29. Limitation of Liability
    Our liability for refunds is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the
    Service. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses arising out of any
    refund or chargeback.
  30. Governing Law
    This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive
    jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  31. Amendments
    We may modify this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Site. Continued
    use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

  33. Severability
    If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
    provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    This Policy is effective as of October 17, 2025.
